"After totaling my car, I was having difficulty getting some wrinkles out of the claims process. It was frustrating to be sure, so I emailed my agent and asked him to step in and help me get the claim finished up. Cari, from my State Farm office, went to work and had missing documents located, printed, ready to sign and everything wrapped up within 24 hours. Really appreciated that kind of support from my local office."

"I had been with State Farm since I was 16years old. A few years back I got a quote from another company that was almost half price. I left state Farm. The half price company just kept going up and up. I had a claim from hail damage in March. My company paid me depreciate value price even though I had full replacement coverage until I paid to have it fixed with money out of my pocket then they reimbursed me. A friend of mine had damage from the same storm and State Farm wrote him a check on the spot for the full amount when they came out to give him a estimate. It took me until January to get my money reimbursed. Cheaper is not always better in the long run. I am so happy to be back with State Farm. Diane made the switch over the phone in about 5 minutes. She went above and beyond for me. Lesson learned."

"My wife and I recently switched insurance for home and auto over to Bryan Jackson and State Farm. Diana and Bryan made the experience as seamless and worry-free as possible. Diana was able to do everything over text and email and we saved over $700 by switching! Bryan's follow up after the insurance was set up was unlike anything we've experienced with other insurance companies. He explained our policies with such care and answered all of my questions.
